CHENNAI, India – The Residency Towers Chennai is proud to announce its collaboration with Varun Sudhakar of Bar Bundle for the launch of Triniti, the hotel’s newly reimagined jazz bar. Known for his inventive approach to mixology and his ability to translate mood and narrative into a glass, the Bar Bundle Team brings a fresh, contemporary sensibility to Triniti’s opening cocktail menu – one that pays homage to the golden age of jazz while speaking fluently to Chennai’s evolving palate.
About the Collaboration
Triniti is designed as more than a bar – it is an experience built around live music, ambience, and food. To match that ambition, the team sought a mixologist who could create a menu as layered and improvisational as the music that will fill the room. Varun Sudhakar’s work has earned recognition for blending classic techniques with bold, locally-inspired flavours, making him a natural partner for a venue rooted in both heritage and reinvention.
For this launch, the Bar Bundle Team has curated a signature cocktail programme that draws on jazz-era classics, reworked with contemporary techniques, house-made infusions, and ingredients that nod to Chennai and South Indian flavour traditions.
